I can't read all that stuff your writing, you have too much time on your hands, but yes it is for a hybrid. It's cheaper than it's selling in any other market and it's cheaper than any other hybrid on the market. How many of those cars you're comparing it to are hybrids?
none... but they were equal in MPG, equal (mini) or better(yaris) in price, faster and lighter across the board...and having driven a few mini's they are the most fun to drive FWD cars i have ever driven

so, rather than educate yourself in the matter, especially when the info is presented to you in an easy to read format... you close your eyes, stick your fingers in your ears, and go "blah blah blah"

enjoy being ignorant for the rest of your life

I bet the auto companies would be happy to hear that you are willing to forgo any sort of intelligent cross shopping and comparisons just because the car is a hybrid.
Has nothing to do with cross shopping, has to do with his comment regarding the price. Hybrids are more expensive to produce and therefore should be gauged vs. other hybrids and not normal econo boxes.

I know all about the Yaris and the mini cooper and I would never drive one. I've been a CRX fan since I was in high school and I love what Honda has done with it's successor. You also tend to be ignorant of my goals that are posted in the first post as well as all over this thread. I want a Hybrid so I have the flexibility of running on str8 electricity one day. Besides the fact that the EPA numbers are probably way off. Insight owners get 55-60 MPG and the CR-Z has the potential to do at least that good if not better. Cooper nor Yaris would never be capable of that.

If you want full electric, but a Prius - its easily the best car for it and can be made full electric.

Well, I've raced a CRX for years and well... the CR-Z is a sad successor to the original.

The Yaris is a closer successor than the CR-Z. light weight, low power, handles well, small and nimble, and cheap... all the things the CRX was intended for.

Besides the fact that the EPA numbers are probably way off. Insight owners get 55-60 MPG and the CR-Z has the potential to do at least that good if not better. Cooper nor Yaris would never be capable of that.
If the EPA is off, wouldn't it work for BOTH hybrids and non-hybrids? Oh wait, the only works when it supports your weak argument

Buy a motorcycle. that'll get better gas mileage than the CR-Z will ever see.

How about this... show me three cars/trucks/suv the CR-Z is faster than, gets better gas mileage, and is cheaper. I bet you can't find more than one...
