S2k dreams shattered

Back to the original post if you can't afford the loan you definitely cannot afford the other cost of this car. My advice to those who cannot afford an S, whether young or old, is to find a 1st gen Miata. They are 90% of the fun of an S for about 1/5 the price........and you are less likely to wrap it around a utility pole or get a ticket with one.
Pick up an older Miata, the cash you save doing so will allow you to afford to fix that baby up like no one's business. Then take it to the auto-x track and really learn to drive it. Sounds like a second choice, but actually it would likely be a load of fun to do so.
You guys are
ing dicks. I figured you all would be like that sucks but no you are all a bunch of dicks. And the reason why it said I had an S2k is because I set it like that after I was so sure I was getting one on tues. And for the dumbass who said I stole a VIN number, you don't need one, alls you need is a mouse and a brain.
And what happen was my mom was going to finance through them and the salesman said that we would be approved even if we had bankrupcy but we weren't approved after all.

Get a used Miata like was suggested, trash it around for a year, and THEN re-evaluate your need for the S2000. You're still very young and god knows what you might end up doing with a car like an S as your first ride. Yes, it sucks and I know it won't make you happy, but there's plenty of life in you yet to drive S's and other 'cool' cars in the future.
How do you expect to secure employment sufficient to afford an S2000 when you are incapable of writing at an 8th grade level?
Additionally, auto financing available to those with recent bankruptcies can be politely described as confiscatory.
Save your money and get a civic. Purchase an overpriced and impractical sports car after you graduate college.

Personally I think its good that you cannot get this car. You cannot afford it anyways and you will probably end up wrapping it around a tree or worse.
Get yourself an used Civic, your Mom will probably qualify for a high interest rate car loan for several thousand dollars despite the bankruptcy and bad credit, as long as she has proof of income.

...Sometimes the system works...
I hate to be the jerk who does this, but I just can't resist:
Maybe you should change your username to "BicycleOwner"
Don't sweat it, you're only 16. When I was your age (I know, I said the old guy phrase) I had a slooooooooow oooooooold chevy. I still love that car though

like everyone else said, get a different car.. maybe a used miata, prelude, civic?
when i was 16 (21 now) I had a 1989 Ford Taurus which would smoke at every red light, rust holes the size of a baseball all over the body and the interior looked like it had been through hell and back. I don't think you should have to wait until after college to get a nice car like a S2K.. but at least wait until you graduate high school!
