Yea I seriously don't get how people always spin out.

Unless there was ice which obviously wasn't since it was 50+ going 10mph you aren't giving us the whole story like you tried a 2f2f move or something

my rear came loose and I spun a 360. Is there something wrong with my differential? I'm a bit worried. Thanks.

Was it really windy? That could have been the problem.

I only drive my car when it's 80+ degrees outside, the ground is 100% dry, my tires are brand new, there's zero wind, and there are no other cars.

Any one of the above factors could make the car spin out of control unpredictably. The S2000 is really a scary car to drive.

It was wet... you just spun out. Driver error with not so perfect conditions.

Not to be mean, but I agree with this poster.
I doubt it's my driving. I know not to to pick up too fast when the ground is wet. So most likely it's the oil slick on the ground that I must have missed. It's not windy but just a bit of wet pavement near a construction area.

you doubt its your driving, and thats your problem. the car doesnt do anything by itself, it only does what you make it do. you spun out because you accelerated more than what your tires were capable of gripping. then you probably let off the throttle abruptly (or stepped on your brakes) which just completed your 360.

there's nothing wrong with your differential. you might think you didn't accelerate enough to spin out, but your COLD tires definately didnt agree

If it really had nothing to do with your driving then I'd suggest selling the car.

I have to seriously try to spin the rear out, even on U-turns. You'll know for next time to let off the throttle at the first sign of it sidestepping the rear.
