Interesting video. I hadn't seen that one before. Definitely took him a while to react to the skid. Everyone had mentioned the skid so I was prepared for that part but was surprised by the flip. I guess he caught something when he went off pavement that tripped the car. It's a shame to but a good car on it's top like that.

It was fun watching that S2000 pull him through the S's though!

Love the "door ajar" bong, or what ever it is, after the roll groans to a stop. I am sorry for his misfortune, though. I was surprised because the Vette seems a pretty forgiving car, compared to say, a Viper, Carrera, or an S2000 (I guess when you start shutting down traction and stability control any car can bite you in the arse). Although, admittedly, I have never driven one. What a way to ruin a great day.

not to jump off thread but talking about transmissions and shifting the knob. why does the knob shake when driving? like when it's in gear? anyone know what i am talking about?

Slightly off topic, but that's Ok!

The engine/transmission assembly is essentially rubber mounted. It allow for isolation of engine vibrations and minor movements of the drive train as a unit as the car moves along the road and reacts to changes in throttle position as well as irregularities in the road itself.

In other words, it's perfectly normal.
