this forum one of the most well organized "automotive" forums out there IMO. I mean, what other forums out there have organizers for each region.

As the prices of the S2K's come down there is going to be a shift in the demographic of who owns this vehicle. I"m not saying that young people are all ricers, idiots, etc. It is a natural progression downward. It sometimes makes me want to sell the S and get an NSX but it's going to be the same story there too. I just try to keep to myself and use this site as a reference, and offer up my insight where I can. Overall this site is still better than most.

I think I'm just going to begin my honda collection, S2K, NSX, DC2 ITR, and maybe a K-swapped EK hatch, and perhaps a RDX and call it a day.

But when it comes to wheels whether it is from 15" to 19" there will always be a dumb argument for no apparent reason.
Just keep in mind that most forum posters don't know the difference between opinion and fact. Toughen up your hide, learn to ignore certain posters. It's this way on every other forum site I've ever been on and there are certainly far worse discussion sites out there.

there is only one proper equation to mod the S2000 is ludacris.

I don't post much anymore. The general forums are "getting younger." Like people who confuse adjectives with rappers....

I'm glad there are a few civilized sub-forums, though.

Oh yeah, and a SEARCH function that works! The best thing about this forum, IMHO is the library of information available for people who tinker and troubleshoot.

the older the car gets the cheaper it gets for younger people to purchase thus lowering the maturity level on the forum, but there will always be those people who live to bash on those who need a bashing.

I agree some people talk smack just to start arguments and try and be tough guys...LOL sometimes they are kind of amusing though when I am bored aat work , but as far as the JDM guys are concerned I think there are just as many JDM haters on this site. I have always been into JDM parts and I also hate copycat companies like rota, seibon and etc...

I try not to post on peoples threads when they are using parts I dont like, but if the car looks good I will admit it does look good. If the OP asks for opinions I will post my opinion. I cant say I have never said something that pissed someone else off, but I can say that I do not set out to do so

All in all I think this is a pretty darn good site and it is and will conitnue to change (specially when the car gets even cheaper and eventually discontinued/replaced), but unless it gets 100x's worse than its current state I will continue to be a member

with this comment. Sometimes people posts to ask for an opinion. You give them an honest opinion and they get super defensive! It's like wtf?!?!?! lol

It is great to have different opinion b/c each opinion, whether it gets bashed or not, is from different cases, but as we see it, same problem. For example, the ignition key hole.
To some members, "use powder to tweek it", to others, "use wd-40", then uses their justification on experience and personal knowledge from their own research (mostly internet), or professionals to defend why their opinion is the best. In the end, it probably works out the same because a simple tap was the key to make it work instead of the chemicals. Who knows!
My point it that, an issue can not be fix with one solution.
