Clutch fluid change solved all my second gear problems.

 

Changing the fluids worked for me. What also works for me is I blip my gas pedal every time I'm in neutral. I sometimes will also hold the clutch in and go through all the gears. I feel like it works cause its not notchy at all, when it used to be.
