Default Say It Ain't So

After 8k miles & 11mos. of ownership, I just found out that the passenger seat doesn't recline on the '06+. I noticed it as I was cleaning my car yesterday. I am hardly passenger on my own car, so this must have been the first time I tried to recline. I tried to move the seat back & it didn't go anywhere. I was like, WTF!? I thought it was a problem w/ my seat. Great, now I have to spend a day at Honda to have them check it out. Well I went to the dealership & checked out an '06 & an '07. I came to the conclusion that the seat does not recline. Are you kidding me?? What kind of seat is this? It might as well be a one-piece design. Sorry for the frustration, but I just find it odd Honda would have the passenger seat recline pre '06. Doesn't make sense to me. Sorry for the rant.

To make me feel better I took a drive up to Seven Lakes Dr. for a little fun in the sun. I just got back & the windshield is full of bugs.

In conclusion, '06+ seats are . Is it too late for a refund? I kept the receipt.

Wow that's interesting. I had no idea. IIRC it's also difficult to replace the 06+ passenger seat with an aftermarket one. What was honda thinking?
