Piece of crap! My passenger seat has always been pulled all the way back so I never tried to recline it.

Sweet, I must have gotten a factory special because my '07 definitely reclines...

 

The seat in my 2006 certainly reclines and tilts forward. You must have a seat issue. The dealer told you it was normal?

 

MY06 reclines fine.. hummm was my 06 gifted or some ?

 

This depends on what you mean by "Recline", 06/07 seats do NOT recline as far as previous seats because of the addition SRS system sensors that Honda installed.

The dealer didn't tell me it was normal. I looked at the service manager's '06 & a showroom '07. They both reclined as pictured below.

The driver & passenger seat are at the same setting at the base. Notice the driver's seat can recline farther.
