A supercharger, gears, and some sort of traction (slicks, drag radials, something) and yeah I could definitely see 12s. I wouldn't predict low 12s though, but definitely mid 12s with a good driver.
At any rate it would definitely be quick.

If stock cars can hit high 13's...
with aggressive gears hit low/mid 13's...
it should surely hit mid 12's with SC and a good driver.
I'd say low 12's are a given with slicks/drag radials and a good pilot.
Given the RWD, near midship, 2800 lbs, close ratio transmission platform of the s2k, adding 50-100hp or significantly modifing the gear ratios will have fairly substantial reduction in 1/4 times.

Definitely NOT low 12s.
4.44s plus 7 psi SC might net a 12.6 (guesstimate on the lucky side).
Too many other variables - driver, traction, weather, etc.
My 12.6 is just a guess. Don't flame.
FWIW, an E46 M3 runs a consistent 13.2 ET. We sure as hell wont run that with 4.44s, and MIGHT get CLOSE with 7 psi SC. Combined, we could win perhaps (yeah yeah, Ive seen a stock M3 run a 12.7 and a 13.7).
And keep in mind the guys in the FI forum are having a bitch of a time reaching 11s. And their are some built Turbos in that forum.
Not a 1/4 car.
Edit: What did a 996TT run in the 1/4? High 11s or low 12s? Yeah, we wouldn't be anywhere near that. Mid-high 12s is where my money stands. I only compare to put things into perspective.

I'll second that.!!!
