I know thats not a lot. But when you're 18, and have no family to support, it gives you a TON of expendable income.
Even $50k at age 18 isnt easy to come by - and not sure I'd buy a $32,000 car if that was my takehome.

As to the original post, while I agree wholeheatedly with Wes (get a few miles / years experience first), in the spirit of what this site is purportedly for, here's my $02:

My view is theres very little else you can do to the car to milk any real extra performance out of the car. (maybe a couple hp from exhaust or other mods)

Once you've decided on the SC (i.e. as opposed to Turbo) you've pretty much exhausted most of the alternatives for boosting engine power (save dropping in a new engine of course). The SC kit itself is plug and play (definitely Comptech and Vortech as well I believe) and doesnt "require" any other mods.

oh yea. that original question....

well I am more of an expert on turbo systems so I can't really help with this question, but for anyone that has a turbo on their S2000, I can help you on that one. ie. lower the compression, bigger turbo vs longer lag (adv & disadv), engine components strengthening, fuel/air ratio tuning, etc etc....maybe these can be applied to superchargers too but I have no knowledge of SC...so anyone out there who knows about SC? I mean obviously this guy can call up Comptec or whoever (I don't know the companies well) and they can help him out with such supplemental systems such as exhaust diameter requirements and things of that nature.
