yes after all those time trying to fix it arent they suppose to replace it with a new tranny under the lemon law? but then again you're out of warranty.. good luck man.
Lemon laws are typically state laws independent of any manuf. warranties.

With the number of drive train mods you have Honda may deny any more work on that basis. Good luck and see what HondaUSA will do. I would not talk with that dealer on the problem again.

I would just get in contact with a lawyer and stop communication with this dealership. I could also file a complaint with the BBB...

Stupid nutjobs @ the other dealership did such sloppy work. ARRRG. They didnt troubleshoot, they didnt even test drive the car after the work was done. What a bunch of hacks. Needless to say after their constant accusations that I was ABUSING the car I find out the truth.

Turns out I had the Car rebuilt one last time @ a different dealership with more experiance with S2000s and....

Needless to say as soon as they pulled the tranny their tech found a missing clip or something related to 4th gear and fixed my 4th gear issue that same day.

the CDV has nothing to do with it. It has to do with the tolerances inside the tranny and possibly shift forks or syncros or poor workmanship.

The cdv only affects clutch engaugment quickness.
