Default Shelf life of LE 607 diff oil?

I have some diff oil sitting here for about 6 months, is there a shelf life for this stuff?

It was designed to be in service for many years, really. So, I don't see how sitting on a dry shelf for 6 months would cause any concern.

Hmm, that's a tough one. Oils oxidize over time, however, I'm unsure how that relates to diff oils and whatnot.

Your thread title is also misleading, as "shelf life" means "how long the oil lasts on the shelf", and not in your diff.
