She's In The Garage!!!
After pining for this car since August of 99 & waiting just over 3 months since it was ordered. She arrived late Wednesday night. I took delivery at 3 pm Thursday!! She is more beautiful than I imagined. My wife & I have both commented that we can't believe we have one. I was so anal as to wanting to watch the PDI process & probably had 7 people approach me in the service area. Several of the employees of the dealership wanted to talk about her as it was the first W/R 00 or 01 they had sold. There's a coat of Zymol on her & the windows (including the rear, static of course) have been tinted. I'll be installing my speakers, Rick's Console Cove & 7/8 Aeroscreen this weekend. My 18' Volk Racing SE37A's should be here in 3 weeks or less & then she'll be complete! I've been part of this forum for nearly 8 months now & want to thank everyone for the information, insight etc., your a great bunch of people!

Congratulations on the new car! Since you're in Tallahassee, why not drive up to Atlanta next weekend (12 Aug) and check out our driver education day on the track at Atlanta Motor Speedway? It's probably too soon to push your car hard on the track so you may not want to register for the event, but there are two parade laps around the track that you can drive to give yourself an inkling of what the S2000 is capabla of.

I too still walk around it in the garage and ogle at it, I can't believe it's really mine (part ownership to the bank excluded). Congrats! It was worth the wait wasn't it? I'm glad it finally came, so ignore my PM that I sent. Enjoy Enjoy Enjoy
