shift knob too loose & doesnt align correctly

Default shift knob too loose & doesnt align correctly

my knob gets loose too easy & when tight the #s face passenger side. is there a easy fix for this, or do i hve to take it into dealer ? btw it's oem factory knob

Adjust it yourself. There is a nut at the bottom of the knob. Basicly loosen the nut all the way. Then tighten the knob until its tight and the #'s are aligned. Then re-tighten the nut. You may want to put electrical tape on your wrench to keep your nut scratch free.
