I've been thinking about this shifter for a little while now. I just have a question to the people that own it:

If I'm someone (and I am) who likes hearing loud noises (my straight through 70mm exhaust isn't loud enough for me) and loves the "uncomfortable stiffness" in things like suspension and notchy-ness in the shifter, and the "annoying rattles" in the car that would drive most people nuts, I'm guessing I'll like this short shifter. Most short shifters for other cars are sub-100 dollars though. Do you guys feel that the change is worth the 200 something dollar pricetag?

Thanks for the input.

Love,
Justin

The price is a little stiff, but I'm glad I decided to part with the money. Can't answer your question any better than that. If there was a cheaper way to achieve the same thing ...

I installed one of the original test run pieces in late September and have loved every shift since then.
