Enough go to win in SM2, and enough show to win at national shows like HIN and NOPI. Go to show ratio is probably at least two to one.
Can you win AS?

I took the S to it's first car show this weekend. Didn't win anything even if I was the only import there. That does show you the kind of crowd I was with though.

Probably not at the national level, but I only run in regional SCCA and PCA events.

My car hadn't been stock since before we got bumped to AS, so I've never even had a chance to run in the class, and when I was in BS I was always the only car in the class.

If you're asking if my car is faster than AS cars, it all depends on the tires. By mutual agreement everyone in my region who runs in SM2 runs "street tires" (wear rating greater than 140, no R-compounds, no slicks). Nobody in our region in AS beats my times, but if someone shows up from Atlanta running R-compound tires they'll (sometimes) eat my lunch.

Most people always say show AND go. But I have to be honest and say that I always lean towards show. But I never do anything to sacrifice performance.

I have crossed the line in both worlds .Working on more go when billman works on the car latter this summer .If it wasn't for the metro crew and this site the car would be much closer to stock .I had 2 miatas and 3 z's more mods on my s2k than on the others put together .A direct result of the metro crew and Billman .
