Can you say daaayyyum?

The point I stopped saying daaayyyuuum and started saying damn! was when balsa wood was mentioned.

I am no expert on automotive chasis design and development, but I cannot imagine a car using balsa wood.

We can only hope this concept of a S3000 becomes reality sometime in the near future.

as long as the nsx is in development as a ~3.0-3.5L V6, you will NEVER see a 6 cyl in the lowly s2000. as soon as honda grows some balls and puts either a rediculous output v6 or a high output V8/V10 in their supercar, then you MIGHT see a V6 in their mid level sports car

Yep the s2000R is 100% . As much as I drool over that engine NO WAY is that real. Why, 360HP is more than 290 on the NSX, sorry just wouldn't happen. Wheels are still 16in not 17 that they put on the 2004. Also if you look at the guys main website you'll see no credentials. If you look under reviews on the same website you'll see only one the s2000R. Sorry I would love to see a 9K I6 s2k but isn't true.

Everyone forgets... the SSM(X) concept car was a V-5
they made the 4 cyl because Honda didnt have the complete technology... do I believe the above... NO

BUT
years later... maybe when the 'all new" S come out (if ever)
i believe there WILL BE a V-5 Honda Engine...
WHY???
2 reasons:
The head of Honda JAPAN said: "This is JUST the Beginning" when car was launched in April 99 in Japan
you can laugh all you want about a V-5... just go read about last 2 seasons in MotoGP
32 races.. Honda won 28 with a 998cc 4 stroke V-5(235 HP)... now..double it and a half, cut revs by 5-6 k
tiny engine, high revs, id guess at least 300hp
I think it will happen
BEFORE you FLAME.. remember
Honda is involved with lots of racing, and engineers trade ideas...
so is a V-5 S2000 possible?? YES.. Likely?? who knows
but the salesman story.... 100% agree BS

No, the salesman is right - but he forget to mention the flux capacitor upgrade kit will finally be released in 2005. The Red Line will go to 18,000, and we will get a 10 speed paddle shifter.

BTW, I just saved a bunch of money on my insurance.
