Slight "clunk" when shifting into first... is this okay?

Looks like this is fairly common for 02-03-ish years...my 03 has the 1st gear "clunk" and it's good to know I'm not alone and, more importantly, it's normal. I am going to try the fourth to first trick next time I drive her.
