Default Slipping floormat

I purchased my S2000 last summer and have noticed that the stock driver's side floor mat is slipping more than I would like. It seems to pivot around the post in the floor which allows the right side of the mat to move toward the accelerator pedal.

It seems to me that a second hole in the mat with a second post would keep the mat in position better. I'm afraid that the carpet on the mat would begin to fray if I put another hole in it, however. Has anyone else had this problem and found any other solution?

I never have this problem on my 00 S2000.

but the 02 S2000 floormat have 2 holes with 2nd post to keep the mat in position better. maybe you can buy a set of OEM 02 floormat.

but I strongly recommend you order a set of one piece floormat from Muz, it is so much better than the OEM floormat IMO.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Muz for his 1-piece floormats!! I got your luxury one (the first version of it) and I am still so very happy with it in terms of looks, durability, and non-slippingness.

I may pick up the one piece set...I hate how mine slips so often.
