Default Small hole in my soft top

I noticed about a week ago a tiny hole of light coming through the roof of my car while I was driving home from work. I know the sight well... this happened to me about a year ago!

Fortunately, a year ago I was under 36K miles and had the top replaced under warranty. They also filed down the frame of the soft top where the hole was formed.

Now the hole is in a completely random spot and I'm at 39K. The last hole was behind the passenger's head. Now it's right above it, between the two horizontal rails in the frame.

Basically.... I'm wondering if there's anything I should do to stop this from getting worse. Can this be repaired?

Sorry for the GIANT photo, but like I said, it's a fairly small hole. Actually these photos make it look smaller than it actually is.

Another... closer up.

This was almost like Where's Waldo trying to find the hole you're talking about. Do something about it now, and it probably won't get bigger.

Yeah, like I said it's a fairly small hole... but I'd rather do something about it now rather than later.

I'm just wondering what I can do about it.

Tiny patch on the inside might do the trick. Can you see what caused it?
