I would still report it to your dealership (if it is under warranty) that way if it is a seal or something engine related, then they have some history to go by and might even give you an extension on your drivetrain.

There is nothing wrong with your car. All Honda DOHC VTEC engines share this trait. It's perfectly normal. It is excess fuel, as stated above. Hondas are notorious for running rich at high revs.
