Default Soft top catcher replacement

Hi everyone! So I bought my S2000 used, and replaced the top. The thing is though, there's an unbearable amount of wind noise coming from the top when it's closed. It's kind of a really big issue because I have really long freeway drives every week.

I already ordered new strikers, but I think I ought to replace the catchers too. Actually, it might be better to fix them, except that I don't know where to get the individual parts because it seems to be missing a few parts. Anyway, I looked on Majestic Honda and they seem to be selling replacements for $77.10. I think that's not too bad, except I don't know how to install them myself. Does anyone have any idea how hard it is to do? If it's not that difficult, then I think I'll just get new ones since these ones seem pretty worn out. Otherwise, maybe I should just try to fix them.

Thanks! And I apologize if this isn't the right forum to post in

Oh.. those are catchers? I thought those were the strikers.

I already got those. What I meant was the part actually attached to the top that hooks on to the strikers. Sorry I'm not really familiar with the terminology.

it's CAKE

With the catcher unlatched and unlocked, there are only two screws holding the catcher to the softtop (or hardtop)

Just unscrew those 4 screws total, 2 on each side

Here is how a hardtop catcher looks, which is similar to the softtop:

There are 2 screws. One has already been removed, and there is the other one you need to take off

good luck. It will all come together when you take a close look at it
