Only possible issue could be the lack of clear vision through the plastic rear window in the rain. Not sure how the glass is during the rain but I have no vision out my rear during the rain and my plastic window is in pretty good condition.

 

The hardtop is GREAT! I put mine on in Oct and take it off in March. It gives you two great looks in one car IMO.
