If you find nothing, it is possible they are in the console. After that, pop the door panels to see if they are nesting inside the doors.
I had an Integra that had them nest in the vent/heater duct. Cleaned it out twice but couldn’t get rid of the smell and traded the car.

I use match light charcoal briquets under the hood to chase away these critters before they eat wiring.... I glue fiberglass window screen into pouches with gorilla glue and tuck them into the fenderwell areas....

This is quite frequent in the hot summer months. The hamster in our tiny four-banger gets a bit musty when you're working it out with those high redlines!

Open the hood and find the running wheel, and give the little guy a good hosing off, to reduce the odor. If you want to really clean it out, a gentle bath and towel, then let air dry, and then place back in. Feel free to offer a carrot for a nice hp boost.

I wonder if Servepro would do something like that. Just like it never happened.

I haven't thought about Servepro but they probably would.
Most high end car detailers have a ozone machine to
get the stink out for used cars for dealers.

If you really want to find it, pull the seats and start pulling the panels behind the seats and remove the entire trunk liner and panels - it's not hard to do and doesn't take much time. There's lots of places for critters to hide/nest in those areas. Also, did you CHANGE the cabin filter? Or just check it? I would change it out to be sure it's not an odor in the filter itself, even if it looked clean.

I had that problem at the beginning of the summer. Looked everywhere without tearing things apart and found nothing. About 3 weeks ago, the odor went away. Now it’s fine.

When you notice turkey vultures circling your car, you know it is bad.
