Default Speaker bracket, what to cut with?

I need a quick answer before I go take my door apart, so I posted it here... anyone who's installed door speakers, is the speaker bracket a hard plastic or a rubber? Im going to need to cut it but I don't have a dremel, can it be done with a blade? I don't want to take my door apart for nothing if it's a really hard plastic that i won't even be able to cut(i have big hands, it's a nightmare for me to get those little screws out)

tin snips may work.. but best bet would be a hack saw blade. just wrap it in ductape if you don't have a handle.. they can be had for very cheap.

a hacksaw blade? really? wouldn't it be impossible to manuever around for such a small task? maybe i'm picturing this wrong... im imagining cutting out a portion of the rear basket, can you actually just saw off the whole back part? that sounds way easier.

A dremel with a cutoff wheel goes through the basket like butter.
