Special edition S2000s?

Special edition S2000s?
Were there an ever made? I seem to recall one called the V-spec or something, it had a racing type steering wheel, and a special steering rack similar to the "Servotronic' system that BMW is supposed to come out with.
Also, you guys know your cars, so would Honda make a special edition S2K that people ought to hold on to their cash for? Say like a S2K Type R? I was supposed to get one in the States, but then I was forced to move overseas
Still want one though.
