Good to hear you are loving it. After about 2years of ownership I still get the shivers when I take it out on a spirited drive through the mountains. When everything just clicks and the car feels great, I cant think of any better feeling. The S2K is truely a unique car that works with the driver like no other.
absolute truth. so ive had the car for 5 years, and on a weekend morning with a chill air (when the engine just sound and feels throatier) i still get a smile driving the car.

Great story OP. I just bought the S2000 again... I sold it three years ago and got C32 AMG. Sure it was way faster but it handled like crap (and very unreliable, always in the shop, stay away from benzes), and I kept kicking myself until I decided to to get the S back. I totally was screaming 'woohoo' all the way back from the dealer, the sensations this car gives you are hard to match.

I love all the stories you are all posting up about how you found yours. There's definitely something special about the car. I am finding myself more and more in tune with it every day.

By the way, I got the back end to slide a little bit the other day. The road was a little wet, and I guess I misjudged the corner. I corrected it quickly, but I have to say, you really need to pay close attention with this car. There sharp handling, and then there's razor edge extreme sharp. Still love it though
