Spoiler Downforce
OEM looks better. Didn't like it at first, but after seeing it here and there in person on other S2000s, I realized the rear end really needs. And I really wanted to do it because I have the OEM front spoiler so it balances out the front and back.
The OEM doesn't do jack for downforce. Just makes it look a bit more aggressive from some angles.
The Feels spoiler looks over-the-top. Personally speaking, any true wing is going to look over-the-top without some body kit on the sides and front.

stock rear spoiler has *zero* downforce and this is just from looking at it. Its merely for styling. I don't see how the front could even attribute to downforce at all - it might give the air channel a lower path around the front of the car, but no, no downforce. You'd have to get J's little CF winglets for the front bumper to actually get some downforce up there.
The Mugen 3 piece gives (I think Greg quoted) 200lbs of downforce. Of course, it does provide some resistance. But even if it does give resistance, its providing that resistance to stabilize the car.
Also, when looking at the larger spoilers - which myself, along with others, as Eltiani pointed out in one of his articles on www.zigzagasia.com - they should be reserved for the race track - a bit too much for a commuter car/weekend driver IMHO. But they do clean up the air in the back of the car. Two aspects of a spoiler - cleaning up the airchannels out of the back of the car and downforce.
Undercarriage 'foils' help clean up the air channels below providing 'anti-lift' effects. Just don't confuse it with downforce.
