Brennon, maybe I'm not understanding your post, but it seems like you brought your car to them on several occasions for body work. If they didn't get it right the first time, why go back to them again? With anything, one bad experience is all it takes to lose my business.

Brennon, you let them push you around pretty good. They owe you at least $350 for that front bumper and that's the unpainted cost. I've got to say, you're probably a good date, you get F'd and come back for more. It would have taken only one experience like that to drive me away, they banged you what, 3 times?

Sorry for not being clear. All the work was done at once. The bumper was installed at the same time as the car was sprayed. It's a two hour drive for me so it really would not have even been convenient to keep going back.

I had heard great things about them and the price was good for the work that was promised. I was going based off all the raving about spugen.
