Default Steering problems

Hi..
I have a problem with my steering after a friend of mine drove my car into a curb with the front drive side... i was not there, but he came back with marks on my lip and a bent one of kind rpf1.. along with a steering wheel that is about 45 dregree off to the left to go strait.. and my steering feels a bit heavy when i make right turns.. the wheel is replaced, i jacked up my car and don't see signs of anything bent.. the toe on each side matches up.. some help please

Did he say how fast he was going? Double check your alignment and then go from there...

Take it to the dealer and get it fully assessed. Your friend better be opening up his wallet with a smile.

A friend of mine curbed his car and needed his control arm, tie rod, damper, and rim replaced.

It's extemely hard to tell if the control arm is bent, and if you had to replace a wheel I can almost guarantee that it's bent.

my steering wheel was off by that much

also HAD to replace the wheel

but an alignment put everything *almost* to specs. control arm and steering knuckle was only *slightly* bent such that it maxed out at slight slight negative camber. everything else (toe, caster) was within spec.

so get that shit aligned

kill him. but all the above information was what i would suggest. could be anything man, you need it checked out.

at worst - steering column (rack and pinion) OH WHAT A NIGHTMARE!

the economy is tough all over, i bet you could pay a couple low rent thugs to break his knees lord knows your so called friend deserves it

BTW what was your friend doing in your ride without you?
