Looks like the best method for you is just to fix your bad habit and not only will you not damage the S anymore but also bettering your life. Wake up earlier, drink less coffee, and enjoy the S.

Of course. I am consciously making an effort to take care of my habit. Just curious to know what kind of damage I may have done by doing what I did.
