Default Stereo Problem

For the past couple of years I have been using an aftermarket JVC stereo in my S2000. A couple of days ago it stopped working. I checked the radio fuse under the dash and it looked fine. I decided to drop the original stereo back in, but it didn't work either, except for the CD eject button, which works even when the keys are removed from the dash. It didn't ask me for the security code....nothing. I tried switching the 15A radio fuse just in case, but I still don't have any power to the stereo. I'm out of ideas.....does anyone have any suggestions?

Try the electronics forum; they'll help. I'd say try using a volt meter on the 12v+ wire in the stereo harness to see if there's power there. Also check the ACC signal wire for power with the ignition on.

Thanks for the suggestion Will. The guys in the electronics forum have seen this problem before and were able to help me. There is a second fuse related to the radio, a 10 A fuse protecting the "Accessory Socket" in position #5 of the interior fuse box that was blown.
