I am not a big fan of the dual, I think single looks cleaner. I remember laughing at civics and integras with duel exhaust.
He speaks the troof.

A couple years back I was passenger in a buddy's truck. We pulled up next to a Civic Si with aftermarket dual exhaust...egged him into running and spanked him easily. Next light, I leaned out and asked him if he forgot to hook up his other exhaust. He wasn't amused.

A buddy of mine did this to his AP2 and he said there's noticeable power. It's basically a single exhaust since you're blocking off the piping to the 2nd muffler.

I am tempted to try. I am thinking about doing a new exhaust anyways.

Yeah why the hell did they make it a dual exhaust? It makes ZERO additional power over a single, and it looks silly because everyone knows it's a 4 cylinder and that there is no way to have a true dual exhaust for it Exhaust was my first performance mod because I had to get rid of the goofy dual exhaust

Everyone knows that?

Half the people that I speak with on the streets believe that the car is at least a V6. Heck, they don't even know it's a Honda!

Well despite my feelings about duel on a 4 cylinder, Honda at least made the exhaust look halfway deicent. I still favor single.
