After experiencing many problem with my 2000 S2000, I decided to bring it in for warranty work. Honda fixed the following:
New clutch disc- no more buzzing when decelerating
New 1st and 2nd gear-no more grinding into second
Replaced power window switch components- one touch works
Heater box sealed- no more water leaks from A/C
Rear window polished- now able to see out the back
Seat-belt recall fix - no more worries about my GF flying out at 9G

After almost two weeks of not having my car, it was well worth it.
