Default Storage space for an S2K and how much $?

Is anyone keeping their S2K in one of those commercial storage spaces and if so how much is the monthly rental charge?

I am facing a dilemma, either pay to store the car, or get a weatherproof cover and keep it near me in Parsippany. Any ideas, pro or con to either choice?

I'm spoiled because the car has been garage-kept for the year and a half I've owned it and now that may have to change.

I rented a 10X15ft garage for 3 months for the winter (didn't need it this winter) in a U-Haul storage place,. Cost is $135 per month. Car is clean, safe and sound.

For the rest of the year I park it in my parking lot outside my condo. I cover it with a NOAH cover. It protects it and keeps it clean. The cover is not 100%waterproof, i heard the weathershield cover is waterproof (I would probably get this If i had to do it again). I cover the car at nights and some days at work and usually store the cover in the trunk.

Overall it works well for me.

is car cover really needed for s2000 if it's parked outside? I would have to park mine outside when I get it but I don't want to put car cover everynight. I wish I owned a garage..
