exactly F20C_S2k, the same thing with me...when i drove it aggressivelyl it was fine. if they are really giving you a hard time then i would call my service advisor and explain that you spoke with me about this problem and he'll tell you exactly what you'll have to do...that being what he did for me. let me know if you want that info. i'll be more than happy to give it to you b/c i KNOW how frustrating it is. my car was brand new...bought it on the last weekend of this past july. the problem started on day one....on my drive home.

Yes please jcr9, i would love more information as to how you solved this problem. I dont want to wait until this problem gets worse as Honda told me to. It is very embarassing because whenever i have a passenger, i feel like i got ripped off, especially since i bought my car in the end of august, and it's been doing it since. Any help would be much appreciated.

F20C - It sounds like you could have a bad shift fork.

Ask the Service Advisor to have the tech ride along with you in hopes that the problem presents itself again.
