I would certainly check on the paintless dent repair as suggested in a previous post.

 

If they are repainting the whole car then you don't have to worry about a perfect color match but the comments about masking, removing lights etc are very valid. Since the $3500 included the dent removal you are paying considerably less than that for the repaint and I guarantee you that you absolutely cannot get a factory quality job for that kind of money. Spa Yellow is a THREE stage paint and a quality shop will charge $400-600 for just one panel. A job close to factory quality would be $4000 min. for just the paint work.
