Default STUCK IN MIDDLE OF INSTALL

HELP PLEASE--NOW IF POSSIBLE

i lost one of the 5 bolts that holds down the cooling plate over the hood seal in the front of the engine bay, but there's 4 others and i'm sure it won't be a problem. but, i can't get the LAST bolt in--the one holding down the radiator hanger on the side opposite where the airbox inlet is. what should i do? i'm assuming it's NOT a good idea to leave this one out, but i think the screw is JUST short enough so that i can't get it to go in.

Push down harder? Why isn't the plate sitting flush? Try screwing the two radiator screws back on first, then the front plates?

Don't fully tighten everything until all the screws are seated in their holes, then you can see if there's a fitment issue or finish up.

I had the same problem, you just have to slam it shut every time from about 6-12".

There are rubber spacers next to the radiator stays and by the shock towers you can lower by tightening them down. If you still have an issue, you will have to adjust the latch.
