suggested spring rates for coilovers

Can someone explain to me how these numbers break down in terms of what K spring rate i should get? noobie thanks guys

What was the wheel rate? That's what's important. Comparing spring rates in cars with different suspension geometry is pretty questionable unless you do all the right adjustments.

I'm running 18 x 8 in the front and 18 x 9.5 in the rear. I am not sure how much this will affect coilovers set up. Can anyone give me any advice? Thank you

How do you test the spring rates, before, or after they are on the car...and how?
Can you realy adjust the spring rates on the GC coilovers, I thought they just alowed you to adjust ride height?
And finaly what are the spring rates for the pro-kit, or H&R springs. I did a search for "Spring rates", but got a lot of hits.

Eibach springs have numbers printed on them that will let you decode the rate. Ground Control kits come with Eibach springs.

Can't adjust rate on GC's so make sure you get what you want from the start.
