I have a 2003 Berlina and voided my warranty installing a Vortech after about 800 miles... If it were a Lemon I am sure I would had known by then ( it is a HONDA built well ), anyway the SC screems and besides the faulty instructions from Vortech the kit is very impressive! CFL

Yeah, but I expect the 'big difference' is in market perception rather than hp.

i was talking to my parts department rep today and they not only can get but also install the comptech and will honor and cover extended waranties if its installed by them if its not they may not cover it under waranty.

So they will cover just the Comptech under warranty, or the entire drivetrain? I'd be surprised if they are willing to cover the latter, considering the enormous stress the SC can have on the engine internals and differential. But if they are, that'd almost be enough to make it worth it to have the dealer install the kit...
