For those who aren't following the Houston threads, N2TRBL happens to be THE VR4. Lucky I didn't talk smack about him, or say I beat him - didn't know he was watching our threads! What's up TRBL?

Hey Wes,
I'm a friend of Tim and James.
Not to burst your bubble or anything, but James' camaro is a '96 Z28 w/102,000 miles -> not an SS.
He says he beat you by 3.5 cars during the 1st race (his car hooked and went), but during the 2nd race you had him by a nose after you guys shut down (he spun through 1st gear and part of 2nd).
His car has a K&N cold air filter system, bored out stock throttle body (52mm), BBK headers, 4.10 final drive gear, MSD ignition box, Crane coil, Taylor 8mm plug wires, and a custom 3" catback exhaust system w/Flowmaster muffler. Everything else is stock.
For what the car has it's pretty damn fast. The fact that you beat him on that second run is still very impressive. That's been my goal ever since we got our cars (unfortunately for me he got the '96 Z28 while I got a '94 Integra GS-R).
He wants to race again whenever everyone can get together and meet up (probably to redeem himself for that 2nd run). I would also like to go so I can meet everyone that posts on the HouStooks threads and that Tim always talks about. Maybe this weekend if weather and time permit.
Peace.

James' car definitely can, and will, beat me. The time that I beat him he was gaining hard on me, he can beat me easy. The only thing that might change that is some good street tires for me.
