A coilover is a spring coiled over a shock, so yes, all the S2000s come with coilovers from the factory.

All S2000 have coilovers, and the rear's have external resevoirs. They're made by Showa and are a non-adjustable version of their high-end adjustable coilover setups. They're just not adjustable.
