Its pretty easy overall. There are little clips all around the edges. I forget how many but some of them can be a beeeech to get out. The ones by the pedals are harder.

Take out the seats, door sills and trim plastic. Remove the center console too. There is also a bracket under the gas pedal to remove. Remove the net on the passenger side.

Remove the seat belt anchor bolts. There are a LOT of washers in there, and it is a LONG bolt, so be VERY careful removing it so you can put it back together again.

There are many plastic clips around the carpet from behind the seats (under the "vented panels") to all the way down the center console on both sides. These all pop out. A trim removal tool will help a lot.

Inside the footwells there are two screw out clips (one on each side.)

You do have to cut the carpet over the center console near the back of the center console right at the bottom of the glove box. You also need to cut the carpet inside the footwell area behind the radio.

Overall it took 3 of us about 6-7 hours to remove the carpet, seats and door panels from two cars and reinstall them in the opposite cars.

Well, that does include a lunch break, but yes. We took our time, we wanted to be careful and get it done right.

BTW -- To the original poster. THIS is the time to install sound deadener if you have ANY thoughts about doing it. Dynamat, eDead, or whatever. It will be EASY to do the floor with the carpet out.

on a full swap - door panels, carpets, console & seats - took 3 people - working carefully (including - gratefully - the very meticulous Billman250) 4 hours to swap between two cars...

other than around the gas pedal the carpets are pretty straight forward... the console requires a cut intot he grey material under the radio and under the cover ... that will also be pretty obvious once you get to it... the only way to avoid the cut under the radio is to pull the dask & I don't think that's necessary for an interior swap...

good luck.
