All I remember reading is that the bolts on the cat should be frozen on pretty good. Also I believe the O2 sensor may require a 22mm crescent wrench.

The 22mm crescent wrench is from memory, maybe wait until someone else chimes in before you spend some $. I have one, and I think I bought it when I had to remove an O2 sensor from a CRX exhaust manifold. I think it's the same size on the S, however not 100% certain.

I used just a regular open ended adjustable wrench for my O2 sensor. When you look under there, its a very obvious install. I had no problem with my cat bolts

You are probably right. I think I actually started with a large (probably cheap) adjustable wrench which rounded off 2 sides on my O2 sensor, then I made the run to the store for the 22mm. However in that instance the O2 sensor was probably in the header for like 8 or 9 years.

EDIT: I guess I kind of loathe adjustable wrenches anyway.

EDIT: An O2 sensor is probably pretty expensive to replace if it is rounded off.

ahh yeh I dont wanan fuk up the o2 sensor, never toook one off. so might just buy a 22mm. If its hard to take off, should I spray wd40 on it orisnt that bad since that could damage the 02?

Also the bolts to the exhaust will be easy to take out but the other end to the header will I need a 14mm for that?

I don't know about header bolts. I would still wait for someone to confirm the size of the O2 sensor. I was working on a CRX and I think it's the same, but am not certain.
