SC and gears did it for me. There isn't anything else I want to do to the car. I would still like to have a Cayman S and then turbo it, but that wouldn't replace the S, just supplement it.

I am pissed off at the increasing horsepower and size of cars. It seems that every time a car manufacturer comes up with a perfect car (the original Miata or the Datsun 240Z would be good examples)...
I'd add the 911 to that list also. I like the Cayman because it's more basic compared to the latest Carreras.

[QUOTE=Ruprecht,Mar 21 2008, 11:02 PM] Well, the best advice I can offer to reduce road rage is simply don't cut people off.

I bet patiently waiting in line with the rest of the peons has not induced a single incident of road rage.

My personality is like this: "I'm curteous to those that are curteous to me... but I don't let people get ahead at my expense." That's my personality on the road, that's my personality at work, and that's my personality in everyday life.

Same here, and I think that goes back to the original comment that started this off-topic commentary. If the left lane ends just after the light but there's Grandma Jones in the front of the right lane in her '88 Buick, I might pull into the left lane because I know that I can pull ahead of her and merge in without causing any additional delay to the people behind me. If she somehow floors it and beats me off the line, then that will likely leave a big enough gap for me to tuck in behind her, and I'm not going to be butt-hurt that I got beat off the line by some old piece of Detroit iron.

People who merge without turn signals are less likely for me to respond favorably.

Turn signals are like asking, "please."

I'll almost never turn anyone down for anything if they ask nicely and respectfully.

[QUOTE=CKit,Mar 24 2008, 12:17 AM] I don't cut people off unless I can get away cleanly.

If there's a merge ramp and the first person in "line" is a soccer mom in a 3-ton SUV that's going to crawl along, I'll shoot the gap.
