Default They Can't See Me....

Does anybody else have problems with people trying to run you off the road or getting in your lane and almost hitting you because apparently they can't see you?

I know the car is low to the ground but Jesus H, do I have to get an annoyingly loud exhaust system for them to realise I'm there?

And no, I don't drive in people's blind spots. In fact, when a car gets next to me, I'll speed up and get ahead if space allows.

lol...maybe they are trying to run me off the road on purpose or something.

Not even loud exhaust will help.

Yep. Even with a more visible color, people still don't notice I'm there.

I'm not surprised though. I've had people do the same things when I'm driving my full size 4x4 pickup. If they don't notice the acre of sheetmetal right outside their passenger window, then I don't expect them to notice a few inches of convertable top peeking over the top of their door.

Happens all the time. I hope someone hits my front bumper so it can get repainted (I drive responsibly and out of people's blind spots, as we all should. I had the same problem when I drove my CRX, people are just blind)

You might consider not driving to people's blind spots or in such proximity to other's car where you could be struck

Several incidents almost scared my wife to death! We were just cruising down and some idiots have to turn in right in front of me... One old lady with her big SUV turned in on me with her rear wheel to my front wheel... I know i was in her blind spot but she actually caught up to me so obvious she has to see me when coming up... I was in my lane the whole time using cruise control. I had to hard break and I proceed to pass her fron her left hand side... She moved over to me for no reason since she did not get off the highway and she was going faster than me before I sped up after the incident. Gave her a pretty birdie and drove off...

Yeah, I had some mom in a F350 almost run me over last Friday. Cruising, and she just came barging into my lane. That's after she turned onto the street right in front of me (I was in the left lane and she turned onto the right lane, but still scares the crap out of you.) I had to swerve into the middle turning lane and let out a few honks (Good thing I upgraded my horn. Stock AP1's sound like a Civic.) I'm thinking of getting a water gun...
