People and damn cell phones. They might as well be driving around with their head driven up their a$$. I watched a woman wander across two lanes of traffic on the Dulles Greenway while trying to dial her phone. I blasted by her after she moved back. Later at a stop light off exit 6, she rear-ended an unmarked State Police cruiser sitting at the light...all the while still yakking away. Moron...

I was parked in front of my friend's apartment complex and there was a guy in a Bonneville in front of me who was waiting for his kids. He started backing into my car and I had to hit my horn to get his attention to stop. Luckily he did. I really think that it's because of the height of the S2000 compared to other cars that they don't see us. My fiance mentioned to me that she can barely see the top of my car when I am behind her Toyota Matrix.

maybe this has something to do with people not knowing how to position their mirrors.

That or they do not know HOW to use their mirrors. I use my mirrors all the time (as well as look around), but I've had some people say some things to me because they just look around.

What is truly unfair is how infrequently this happens. It seems cops are only there to haunt you and me with the infractions that bring nothing good to society at large and instead make them money, like speeding tickets.

I've seen people do all sorts of dangerous, stuff right in front of cops and they do nothing. I assume it's because they are encouraged to write speeding tickets and instead of nailing irresponsible drivers which can actually hurt others instead of you going 10mph over the limit in a car that can handle it.
