Default thinking about getting rid of the s2000 for type-r

ive been think about getting rid of the s2000 and getting a 97 or 98 type-r integra. i had a 97 gsr sedan for several years and loved the car. i love the s2000 but its just not the same. the s2000 will out perform a gsr no problem but i drove my friends type-r and its a very capable compact sports car. im really torn between the 2 cars and dont know which i should get. i have a 2005 tsx daily driver so this is a pleasure vehichle. idk just confused any help?

depending on where you live, prepare for thieves to flock to the type-r.

Very true.

I understand the draw towards the ITR though. I have only gotten to flog on one on some curvy back roads but it was a damn fun car.

You have to drive what you like. There's now way I'd take fwd over rwd for fun, but its your call. Its not like its a horrible car.

You have to drive what you want. If it's the type-r that you want, get the type r.

For me personally, it's the s2000. I'm a convertible rwd fan.

I have actually owned both. They are both great cars but if you like a car with a more "hard core" nature, the Type R is the ticket. I miss mine every single day. I could do some amazing things with that FWD car in the corners. Things I can't do even in the S2000. And its not a matter of not having enough seat time. Had the S2000 for 7 years now.

It would be a cold day in hell before I trade my S for a type R. It has absolutely nothing on the S...other than the theft factor.
