It's all what you like and want in a car. If you prefer the ITR, I say go for it. If you have the means, keep both.

I would keep the S. The type-r is a great car and all, but it would get boring after a while compared to an S. Not to mention theft rates are very high for type-r's. My friend's got stolen a couple years ago. But, if that doesn't bother you, you'll need a hefty security system, and I'm not talking about just an alarm!

My acquaintances had a fuel cut-off system in it and it was still stolen.

I bought a 98 GSR off the showroom floor (refused to pay the $8,000 difference they were asking to get a Type-R). Converted the suspension to OEM Type-R, added a short shift kit, comptech ice box and comptech exhaust. I loved it for 8 years, but let it go for my 2003 S2000.

Sure mine wasn't a true R, but the S absolutely throws it to the curb in every aspect except utility. which you don't need with a TSX. why have two cars that are FWD and right at 200hp?

There is absolutely no substitute for top down, tail out driving IMO.

Keep the TSX sedan.
Keep the S2000.
