At have mine set at the standard setting of 200 rpm intervals at max rpm of 8,800.

Wondering if I shoud up that max RPM, but am worried that mightbe too close?

 

8300, 8600, 8900, 9200. Redline is set at 9300, Setting the last beep one hundred rpm prior to redlines causes lots of overrevs in lower gears if you are waiting for the 4th beep.

 

I use what he has it set at. 82,84,86,88 and can't wait to hit my first track event with the shift beeper.

 

Mine, 8100,8400,8600 and 8900 just before 9k to give me a little time to shift.

 

I've probably got 20 track days now with the beeper. I also have it set to the AP1 default setting. It works great.

The beeps come up almost too close together in second, but any wider and they would be annoyingly far apart in 4th.

Loved it ever since then. I have mine set at 7400, 7600, 7800, 8000 (MY05)

Of course, every now and then it catches me off guard while I'm just driving around town. I have a Valentine1 along with a SRX laser shifter so there are a lot of things that beep already. When the shift beeper goes off I get scared thinking it's a cop and hit my brakes
